It's time for some accountability, folks. I guess that's the purpose in starting this blog. I want to be able to look back over this journey to see what things are working and what things are not.
I have been making strides at living more heathfully:
-drinking green smoothies
-tracking my food in take
-attending Weight Watchers
-training for to run a 5k (can't believe I even just typed that)
My goal is to ultimately lose 100 pounds. Now, I understand that to be a LONG term goal...I get that. Now it is writing for all of blogosphere to see, so there is no turning back now.
